C.R.S. § 38-12-103 — 30 days (up to 60 if specified in lease)
Florida (30 days)
Fla. Stat. § 83.49 — 15 days if no claim, 30 days to send certified notice if claiming deductions

O.C.G.A. § 44-7-30 et seq. — 30 days after tenant vacates and provides forwarding address
