No. Entering your facts and reviewing the informational deadline and issue analysis is free. You pay only if you choose a finished demand-letter product.
What is the difference between Starter and Basic?
Starter provides the personalized PDF for you to send. Basic includes the same PDF plus one USPS First-Class letter after you review and approve it.
How is Basic sent?
Basic includes one USPS First-Class mailing after you approve the letter. If you need Certified Mail records, choose Starter and send the PDF through USPS Certified Mail.
Are these subscriptions?
No. Starter and Basic are one-time purchases. ReclaimDeposit does not enroll you in recurring billing.
Can I review the letter before it is mailed?
Yes. Basic does not mail automatically after checkout. You first download and review the letter, then explicitly approve the one included mailing.
